After 15 years of executive finance experience in manufacturing and construction industries, Blaise Dinkelman saw a gap. There is a competitive advantage held by those businesses who could justify the expense of hiring a full-time CFO. Blaise knew that even though small businesses cannot always afford a full-time CFO, they still need that CFO perspective to help them make smart financial decisions.
Through his firm, Outlook CFO, Blaise offers Fractional CFO services to business owners who are ready to elevate their business to the next stage of growth and are looking for a partner to help them navigate the financial, strategic, and operational pitfalls along the way.
